Wonderful

Reception staff noticed on my husband’s passport that its his birthday and they sent a complimentary birthday cake for him.

I selected this hotel specifically for the glass pool but unfortunately it was under maintenance.

The staff is top, all over the place! Restaurants, desk, cleaning ladies. The breakfast buffet it's the best I've ever experienced and the diner in the beach restaurant is fantastic. The room, the amenities, bathroom, bed, the view, balcony- everything is fantastic but for the price you pay it is also expected to be like that. The private beach is super clean and the pool is amazing! As soon as my budget affords it I would love to go back for a week

Room was spacious , spotlessly clean .Dining areas and pools exceptional with the staff very attentive friendly and very helpful.

Room amenities ie: coffee /tea making facilities and provisions provided were very disappointing. 2 adults for 24 hrs ( 2 coffee 2 tea 3 small bottles water ) No mini bar , that’s expected at a 2-3 star establishment , very poor for 5star . Room service all provided digitally thru room tv also poor for guests not digitally savvy

The bedrooms are dated and really need updating. Breakfast is not that great. Overall I found the place expensive for what it is and compared to my stay in Bangkok the difference was massive. Much better hotel in Bangkok with great facilities, amazing breakfast all new and with pool all for the same price in fact slightly cheaper

An amazing short stay with the family. Beautiful pool/views and staff were amazing too! Very accommodating! Love it

The staff were super friendly and made my daughter’s birthday a very special one with staff singing at dinner for her birthday and the complimentary cakes they gave her. Staff also super friendly and help me moved my dinner reservations at the hotel twice so the kids can play longer in the pool. The pool was amazing too and rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Can’t fault it.

Very Good

Amazing infinity pools with such great views. So much fun and beauty that you don't have the need to leave the hotel. They also let us stay all day at the pool after we checked out as our flight was late in the evening. Nice public beach also in the vicinity as well as a number of restaurants with a view.

The hotel complex is a bit secluded so unless you are prepared to go through the beach, it's difficult to go for a walk.

your staff should know English its difficult to make them understand what we want. secondly you should keep a doctor for emergency. there was a Nurse but she did not had glucose meter to check diabetes.

Quite and relaxed stay in Patayya

We loved the peace and quiet the resort offered — it felt like a true escape from the hustle and bustle. The property itself was stylish, beautifully maintained, and had a luxurious, relaxing vibe. The staff were always so friendly, greeting us with warm smiles every time we passed by, which made us feel very welcome and cared for. Having access to a private beach, multiple dining options, and all the facilities we needed right within the resort grounds made the experience even more convenient and enjoyable. It truly had everything we could have asked for.

The location, the hotel is quite far from the city center, so walking wasn’t really an option. We had to take a taxi every time we wanted to go out. Additionally, we were informed that we could only book and pay for taxis arranged by the hotel, which were actually the same taxis you find everywhere else but at a noticeably higher price. That didn’t sit well with us, as it felt unnecessarily expensive compared to the usual rates in Pattaya.

Beautiful Hotel - Enjoyable Stay for New Year 2024

The hotel is beautifully maintained and has a lovely beach and plenty of restaurants and a few pools with superb views. We had a mini suite and it was very spacious and decorated tastefully. There was plenty of room for clothes, suitcases etc. There is a small step in the mini suite from the bedroom to the living area and you need to be careful as if you don't see the step its very easy to trip over it and fall because its all white marble and its concealed. A small visible strip or smoothing to indicate the step would be good The corridors could do with some updating but in general all the facilities and views were great and its a really lovely hotel for those who want a resort style getaway.

The location is great if you just want to stay in the hotel and use the pool and beach. However if you want to explore you always need to get a cab due to its busy intersection location. The hotel shuttle service should offer to take you to more local places rather than just up the hill. The staff could not handle the amount of guests that came in over the new year so everything took so long to ask for or sort out.

Wonderful

We were there for a dance competition and camp and it was the ideal venue as the resort was big enough, with very comfortable and clean rooms. We ate on premises mostly, and the food was varied and tasty, and the staff willing to accommodate requests for variations to their usual menu. Overall, a very enjoyable first time.

Large property with great pools. The staff were very friendly and the gym facilities were great. Room sizes were very large. Close enough to things you’d want to see in Pattaya.

The rooms and lobby were a bit dated. Hard to navigate to other restaurants in the resort.

Very nice hotel but could be nicer with some minor changes.

This is a large hotel, with 4 hotels and a convention center on the property. Rooms are old but spacious. They still use shower curtains so it tells you how old it is. This is a great family hotel with lots of things to do and roam around. If you have kids, perfect for a family. But spacious and staff are very nice and well trained. I am a FB Mgr in a hotel in Bangkok so very impressed with the staff. Gentleman at front desk offer me and our family a free bed for 2 days. I came down to ask for an additional bed and he was very kind and gave it to me for 2 days. Thank you. Great staff. From front desk to pool staff. All working very hard. They get 5 stars. Check in was easy and checking out was easy. Pool looks much, much bigger in the pictures. It was nice but too many people at times. The infinity pool was very nice on the higher level. Breakfast could be much better. Give better and more options and this hotel is a gem.

Breakfast was not that great. Coffee tasted horrible. Only 2 egg choices. Scramble eggs and fried eggs. No omlette station. Qualitiy of the food could be better. Have more breakfast options, some more juices, and more coffee choices ( all I saw was black coffee ) Choices of Breads were so so.
